Brandon is a true artist when it comes to studying the techniques of the “Masters”.

When I first met Brandon he had been teaching  a classic method call ed  the Moeller  Method. He found  that I had studied a second method by George Lawrence Stone – my teacher – and he wanted to make sure that he was capable of teaching  the Stone method as well  as Moeller.  Consequently Brandon studied with me and has now integrated  the Stone method into his teaching.  The Stone method is well known in drumming circles.  The Percussive Arts Society named Mr. Stone to it’s Greatest Teachers of the Century list and his classic book “Stick Control” as the best drum technique books ever written.   Brandon Faulkner is among the modern  teachers capable of performing and teaching “Stone”.   Mr. Stone himself is called the father of modern drumming and his classic book Stick Control is used by professional drummers and students throughout the world. this is the method that Brandon has now incorporated into his teaching. These techniques give the student amazing control, speed, accuracy, and musicality.  In my opinion Brandon Faulkner is one of the most dedicated and creative drum teachers available  today.  He continues to push the boundaries of what is possible in the drumming field.  Congratulations  Brandon.

My son has been working with Brandon for over a year now and his progress has been nothing short of amazing. If you or your student wants to become a drummer, I can’t recommend Brandon enough. From rudiments to recording, paradiddles to producing, he teaches it all, because he’s done it all. Don’t settle for simply learning to play the drums, let Brandon teach you or your student how to become a drummer!”   Brent Quinn

I am Foster’s (the seven year old drummer) dad and I would just like to take a moment and let you know how much I appreciate what Brandon did today with Foster, letting him play with the Beatles songs today. He was so excited. He is one of those kids that usually needs some time after school or lessons and not talk but today he couldn’t STOP talking. It has made his day, week and month. Thank you for offering your service and please let Brandon know how much we appreciate that.
